300 Estonian kroons (approximately ~ $30), not American dollars, lol. Gotcha! I taught this little kid some English for 1,5 hours and his mom paid me 300 eek! Yay 300 eek for just one time once a week is just amazing. I mean, even professional teachers in schools earn less per hour than I did. I think this lady doesn't know how much tutors normally ask... but meh, I can't complain. So how much did you last earn?

I'm gonna immigrate to the US for the better salaries. We have too low salaries here in Estonia.

Coolies, BUTT even if you have lower salaries that normally means things are cheaper where you are.. :) is that true?

Not really... prices in Estonia aren't much cheaper comparing to the rest of Europe. In fact, things are going more and more expensive whereas salaries don't keep up with the inflation. For sure people get more income now comparing to, let's say, 10 years ago but still many young people get their education here and then find work in other countries because the same field abroad pays more money. And I was joking about the immigrating to the US part.
