I would have to take so damn many, that the acetaminophen would literally kill my liver by the time I actually caught a buzz. -- Posted by UXnIHAOnUXbmUXn at 1:50 am on Sep. 18, 2008 i've done both pharma opi's and H. i actually prefer the pharms because to me the high on pills feels a lot cleaner. heroin makes me get a weird drunkish buzz and then nod out. oxycodone and hydrocodone on the otherhand tend to stimulate me more and the high seems more consistant. heroin has different phases because there's so many opiate alkaloids in it.
