Good times. -- Posted by aphex twin at 10:37 pm on Sep. 19, 2008 Just take a fuckin' antiemetic about 15-30 minutes before you take the opiate and again when take the opiate and you'll be fine. Your best choice is probably diphenhydramine, but benzodiazepines especially the hypnotic ones work very well and can greatly add to the experience.   -- Posted by MotoMojo at 11:57 am on Sep. 20, 2008 The trick is to take opiates (loritab in particular, I don't have experience with any other opiates besides opium) with a light meal. You want to have something in your stomach to act as a 'buffer', but don't get as full as you normally would. Also, in my experience, breads and starchy foods settle the best.
