i promised my boyfriend i would be okay. but i don't see the future right now. and i love him, but almost not enough to stay. oh god that sounds terrible. WHAT I NEED IS A DISTRACTION. i don't want to take the pills. i don't want to take the pills. just pleeeeease distract me. i'm home alone for half an hour more. PLEASE. what can i do to distract myself?

Exercise. Exercising is a great way to keep your mind off of things and relieve stress. Taking a 15 minute walk by youself is a great way to just relieve any stress or anger you are feeling.
