yoghurts fine.

especially muller lights and such, as they dont have fat and very few sugars *sweeteners replace them

I was recently told by a personal trainer (and she's also my sister   ) that a breakfast of fruit is a great way to start the day. You know the old thing about breakfast being the most important meal of the day? Not according to her research. Lunch is. If food is fuel than you want to fill up your tank when it's about half empty. (noon). You just don't want to over-do it size-wise or you get sluggish and sleepy.

Really?

Dad (doctor) keeps telling me that I shouldn't eat fruit as breakfast. I don't mean with other stuff (like pancakes + strawberries) but like just fruit on its own. Apparently it upsets your stomach or something.

I can see that some very acidic fruit and only that fruit might upset your stomach
