What exactly do I put in it? I've been recommended for this scholarship, and I have to turn in my academic resume and personal statement to my guidance counselor on Monday.

I've never written any sort of resume before, so a little help, please?

No  It just a sheet of paper that says, "Make an academic resume and turn it in to [my counselor's name] by Monday, September 22."

And he just gave the recommended people this notice on Friday.

Well you can start with a list of your courses, gpa, test scores, any academic organizations you were in and academic awards you've received. That should be a good start.

Also include sports, clubs, leadership roles and community service hours and projects.
