this guy i meet a year ago we werent dating it was like we were dating. anyways i went for a diffrent guy the day before he was leavin to MI for rehab. anyways about a year later we meet up agian and hes out of rehab for a month. it was great we start dating and he has to go back. so i tell him i dont want to date and he says "wait for me to get out and ill be able to call" i told him i didnt want to date bc we wouldnt talk. i meet this guy pat we date until the week before he gets back. and hes pissed bc since he called so that meant we were dating Apperently. i didnt think we were. does he have a right to be pissed since i didnt think we were dating, or should i be the one that is wrong?

If you made it clear that you didn't want to date, you shouldn't feel bad. He has the right to be pissed, but he doesn't have a right to act upon it, because you aren't dating. It would be ridiculous, if he did.
