When it wont connect and Ive tried turning my firewall off and Ive tried connecting and disconnecting it and it still wont work.. any other options?

Maybe try turning your computer off then back on. That usual works for me.

Ah.. Well the only other thing I can think of is deleting it then downloading it again.
