THEY ONLY OFFER 10 PERCENT PERIPHERAL VISION (STUDIES PROVE) AND I CAN NO LONGER WEAR CONTACTS-I GET REALLY BAD PAIN IN CONTACTS.

Glasses aren't terrible. If they give you horrible peripheral vision, and you can't wear contacts, you're gonna have to turn your whole head. I think that it's better than not being able to see at all, though. good luck with your glasses-wearing

i used to dislike mine, but my new bf loves them. when i'm not wearing them, he always asks me where they are lol. so i guess i'm 50/50 about them now :) really want a pair of coloured contacts tho

Sorry to hear about your pain. That sucks... I was diagnosed with having a stigmatism earlier in 08' ... I just lost my 2nd pair of glasses. I wish I could wear contacts or get laser surgery. Glasses give me a freakin' headache!!! Hopefully you can get used to em' and figure out what works best for you... By the way, does anyone here think that exteded hours of near sight focus (sitting in front of TV and PC screens) could possibly attribute to a stigmatism?
