i feel so anxious/stressed/worried right now     it literally hurts and i feel so sick. i don't know what to do ahhh

Go run around outside, watch some TV, put in a funny movie, etc.

Take a few deep breaths.  But, instead of breathing from your chest, try to breath from your stomach.  The majority of your lungs are actually lower in your chest closer to your stomach.  If you feel the ends/sides of your ribcage, try breathing from there.  Inhale, and then exhale until you absolutely have no breath left.  You will feel the muscles in your stomach tighten.  Then, don't breath in, but just relax those muscles and air will flood back into your lungs.  It really worked to relax you.
