i dont understand. i get full easily. like i will eat 3 shrimps and a salad and i am stuffed. i dont eat alot thruout the day and for the most part eat healthy. but i am still fat. i lost a bit of weight a few months ago when i didnt eat anything for a week. but i cant loose anymore for some reason. its not like i can eat less than im eating now. i just havnt a clue how to loose more weight in a healthy way. i want to get to 100pds. im currently 115. i excercise too...

one word: dysmotility.

jk, did not read the end. possibly you have shrunk your stomach, that would be why you get full easily. also, losing weight by not eating is not the effective way to go about doing that. ps, 115 is probably underweight, and therefore not healthy.

If you're fat at 115, I'm fucking shamoo. Stop complaining.. Jesus.

You should eat many small meals, spread out throughout the day. You'll be hungrier, and it ill be more healthy. If you don't eat, any muscle you've gotten from working out turns into fat.

firstly, 115 is NOT fat (unless you are a midget).
Also for anyone who is fat and wants to lose weight, the trick is to eat less, more often.
Eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day. This speeds up your metabolsm and also means that your body does not have to store fat, because it is getting a regular source of energy.

im a landscape laborer. my job is a workout. i eat as healthy as i can afford. and 115 IS fat, at least when its on me. i would like to be 97 pounds. but i think that wouldnt be healthy.

im a landscape laborer. my job is a workout. i eat as healthy as i can afford. and 115 IS fat, at least when its on me. i would like to be 97 pounds. but i think that wouldnt be healthy.

To be considered even a tad bit over weight you would have to be 4 feet 8 inches. On top of the eating smaller portions part of things how many calories you eat helps too, cutting them isnt the way to go. A glass a milk or two a day helps as well, low fat but there needs to be some fat in it.

i drink milk at the very least every other day. i love milk. usially its skim tho. i thought skim was supposta be better for you?

thank god someone understands. i only wish i weighed that. i dont think its possible to weigh that little for me tho. cause iv got these things that suck called boobs. lol. i just dont want to be so fat.
