Hispanic means spanish-speaking. I can celebrate by reading books written in spanish and listening to songs sung in Spanish. I don't know how you can read a "white" book, or how you listen to "white" songs. I do know there is "white noise". And, again, people from Spain don't consider themselves Hispanic as it would hint at Latin American, not White(Which they usually consider themselves). How do Negroes celebrate their month, and how do Hispanics celebrate their month.
