today all together ihad a smoothie - 100kcals a chocolate bar - around 300kcals and my tea which was cous cous chicken bacon and mushroom- not sure how much anyone know how many cals is in my tea ish? thanks x

Crazy anonymous person, are you try to lose weight with this little scheme? Because moderately reducing your calories will actually create a larger deficit, as your metabolism won't sulk.

Unless you're injecting amphetamines into your eyeballs (which I don't recommend) you're probably taking something absolutely useless. You could just stop being lazy and run about for a bit.

Just drink lots of cold water! -100 calories with each cup (measurement)! It is the easy way out.

You probably took in around 1200 calories, which really isn't all that much.
