do you know if they have textbooks for this class?

If so I might go to my school book place and check one out just for the hell of it...

my friend is taking it and she has a bigass HUGE textbook for it.  like HOLY FUCK THAT SHIT IS HUGE big.

I take that class...
And yes, There is a book that is assigned, It's brand new this year, actually, and it IS incredibly large >.< .
They've had other ones too, though, so You may have one or two to choose from. :)

Look for Gardner's Art Through the Ages: The Western Perspective. I know of a couple high schools that use that in their AP art history classes. We also used it in college for our Ancient to Modern survey class.
