Iv'e been exercising like crazy for the past few weeks and eating healthy, first week i lost 3lbs second week 4 this week zero, not a single fucking pound. I don't understand it even if i gained a bit of muscle i still should of lost some weight.

Iv'e been running 3 miles, circuit training 35 and rowing 60mins......someone explain to me how that does not equal weight loss?

you may have lost fat and replaced it with muscle to balance it out

Yeah but normally i would lose about 4lbs doing that amount of working out and that should be similar even with muscle gain, i mean how much muscle do you have to gain to not lose a single pound?

Im really pissed about it cause now im obsessing over what i must be doing wrong and i don't want to eat less than i am and i dont want to add more exercise......i should be doing more that enough

dont focus on losing fat, focus on lowering your body fat percentage, its more important if you want you body to look good

Your weight doesn't matter - it's whether you're healthy or not which counts. Don't judge your healthiness on how much you weigh - it leads to an obsession with the scales.

If you're eating healthily and exercising, you'll soon notice the difference, even if the scales tell you otherwise.
