Are buy/sell/trade topics allowed here?

If not, there should be a buy sell trade forum.

I don't think they are.  I think it falls under "advertisement" but I'm not sure.

Right.

You're not allowed to so much as set up an IM chat through topics on here.  There was a bit of a fuss last Christmas when prominent members used LiveWire groups to set up a Facebook group where information sharing was going to occur.  It would not work.  Your proposal, OP, is simply impossible under LiveWire's current system.
