You wouldn't feel a pinch, a blow to the head, a fall down the stairs, burns, scrapes, hits to the genitalia. But you also wouldn't know when to go to the bathroom, how badly you're burning yourself. Not feeling pain would have nothing to do with going to the bathroom. You would still have the sensory awareness of going to the bathroom without it being painful. I don't know about you, but when I get the sensation that I need to go to the bathroom, I don't characterize it as painful. Of course pain is a very difficult concept to narrow down.
