I have absolutely no motivation at all, i'm so depressed that i literally forgot why, and nervous too. but i think the worst part is, when i wake up i go "i still feel this way! today is going to suck, why the fuck am i allowed to live?" i get anxiety attacks for NO reason i can't tell you what they feel like, except it's like your walking a tightrope on the edge of sanity and insanity but your stuck there. I think that's probably why i've hurt myself purposely, because for the few minutes after i feel   CONNECTED. it's why i seem like a selfish asshole to others. i've graduated past the pity me stage into the please god, if you are there, either strike me dead now or HELP ME!!
Thing is people are so used to me crying wolf i don't think they take me seriously. i mean i get mad at the weirdest times and in general feel things no one does, which is why i don't bother making new friends. why would you?! people aren't intelligent enough to grasp it. anyways i feel horribly alone, and so nervous for no reason! i feel like my brains be fucked!

First of all, you need to do something about your anxiety attacks. Tell your parents about it, and go to a therapist. They can help you overcome them.

But in the short run, before you start to go, here's something you can do: Close your eyes and take deep breaths and imagine yourself somewhere--anywhere you feel safe, somewhere beautiful that you can picture in your mind. Put yourself in that place and breathe, until you feel calm again. Tell yourself that you will be fine.

I think a lot of problems will go away when you can control your anxiety. As for people not taking you seriously, try to be more constant around people. Take their feelings into account before you speak. Think before you piss somebody off. Also, making new friends can help. Even the smallest thing can help you make friends--lend a pen to somebody in class, or comment on a book they're reading or the band on their T-Shirt. Friends can help, so not having them can be really difficult in times like you are going through.

Change. Don't talk about wanting to change, but actually make an effort to change. Make yourself happier, even if it's false, and the feeling will come.

That sucks!  I have A friend who suffers from anxiety, she went to the doctor and got on some meds and she says they have helped a lot. Maybe try that

thank you that has made the most sense out of anything ANYONE has said ALL freaking day! that must be why people are always on edge around me. i have such a hard time controlling myself, what i say, how i feel, i must be like a time bomb. im sitting alone in my room right now, and sort of feel like crying. i already miss people, i hate being by myself so much. and im so jealous everyone seems so motivated and happy. but sorry thanks!
