Um, I don't know much about mono, I haven't really looked into it... is it a bacteria related thing, ie, are there antiobiotics associated with mono? I know for bronchitus, they said that after 24 hours of taking my antibiotics, I would not longer be contagious, and I could go to school. So I don't know if that would be the same for mono or not... And if mono is viral, then I have no clue...

it is only contagious if u drink after a person who has ro kiss someone who has it. and a few other ways. but most of the time u have to go to the hospital for a few days before it gets real bad because it can be deadly

i couldn't tell you also to the OP, you probably are not allowed in school until you are not contagious you need medication from the doctor and it may take over a week for you to not be contagious

mono is viral you need medication and it takes a while to not be contagious and your not allowed in school while it is still contagious

Haha, alright, thanks for the heads up. Of course you definitely won't be allowed in the school while it's still contagious, but I just didn't know how long that would take for mono.
