Moron. -- Posted by whoisabs at 7:58 pm on Sep. 29, 2008 There is one part of the Great Leap Forward that is generally considered a failure, and I'm guessing that one aspect of it is why someone would think that the entire project was a failure.  Though I'm not too sure that even the part that 'failed' really failed in the long run.
