That's not your biggest issue your biggest issue is that you have an hourglass frame I mean how do you plan to hide your hips?

If you're unwilling to cut your hair then you'll need to style it into some kind of masculine ponytail or some shit.

a wig

or, with lots of bobby pins and a hair net careflly pin all your hair into a bun at the middle of the back of your head or slightly near the top of your head.

get a bald cap. you put your hair up under it, it hides your hair, then you can put on a guy-ish wig. or you could try a hat.

Bald cap, short (preferably very) wig, and baggy boy-clothes.  Keep in mind that your facial structure and overall figure will still leave clues as to your real gender, so you need to slightly over-do the rest of the features.

Real males can get away with being slightly feminine in at least some features and no one will get confused, but your best bet is to make sure you don't send any mixed messages at all.

Also, consider using a bit of makeup to make your lips look smaller, etc.  Any subtle thing will probably help.
