Doesn't it suck that no matter how much you consume and no matter how many weights you lift...you always stay thin as a pole? Piece of shit genes.

I wish that would happen to me. LOL. Instead I hardly eat anything and excersize regularly and still stay somewhat blobby.

Bah! It's really nothing special...but then again you're a female....you can probably afford to be thin and tiny than a guy can.

at last, someone is in the same boat as me! I am on a weights training plan right now, I am currently eating 2800 calories a day (which is HEAPS for a small guy with small stomach) and I am hoping to put on about 5-10kg by xmas...

You're a hard gainer too? Yeah I've been lifting upper body sets one day then lower body sets another day. My apartment gives us access to a free gym but I'm having trouble gaining because I can't afford to spend so much cash on food...what do you generally eat?

i'm six two 175, idk if i'd count but ever since like freshman year i've never really gained any weight, maybe like ten pounds but then i drop ten pounds
