Its been like eight months since I have driven stick, and even then I didnt drive that car but for a few days. Im picking up my Celica here in a little bit, and I havent driven stick in so long. Well, I drove it when I test drove the car, but that was for all of 10 minutes. This should be interesting.

I know. Ill probably kill the transmission these first few days. Its a shame, since the transmission in it was completely rebuilt three months ago.

Just try not to ruin the clutch. =] Make sure you don't accelerate all at once, and to remove the clutch progressively. (Y) You'll be just fine.

I have never used a manuel transmission. Is that the type where there is a Mexican shifting for you? Don't screw things up like you did with the title of the topic and you'll be fine.

Lol it's all good, shoot when I bought my new daily driver Cobalt since my project car is garaged I hadn't driven for a while. Had a 30 min drive back from the dealership...and had to go straight to work on a busy street with a shit ton of hills. O man...wheel spinning fun while I got used to that new clutch. Lol poor clutch :)
