I feel really pathetic, because I started crying today in the middle of health class.
We were learning about drugs, and what they do to your mind and body. It hurts to talk about because I had to experience it first hand when my mom was addicted to drugs. Then, we watched this video, and at the end, the girl died of a drug OD.
I lost it then, because my own mother died of an OD. I feel so stupid. I had to be excused to go to the bathroom, just so I could calm down.

I am sure they would understand if you explained it.
I'm sorry about your mother. If you don't think you can handle watching the video, or talk about death from drugs, explain to your teacher the situation and ask if you can't take a few minutes to calm down or simply get the information from a friend at the end of the day.

That's completely understandable, and you shouldn't feel badly at all. In fact, I'm sure your health teacher would be a great person to talk to about the whole thing, if you still feel you need to talk about it. Maybe this could be a healing experience for you

oh aye, that sucks Im really sorry
but you should never feel stupid for crying. Your human and its a part of life. Im just really sorry it had to be that, that made you cry x/

im sorry to hear that. thats not at all pathetic though... sometthing like that must really hurt
