Not at all. My boyfriend has broke his back a few years back and was almost crippled. His back is a little messed up, he was shooting down a dirt road doing 90 when he was younger and stupid, he didn't have a seatbelt and went of the side of the road... the car flipped ontop of him and the other two passengers didn't get hurt at all.
