-- Posted by exsetera at 2:08 pm on Oct. 5, 2008 i am 15 and a year ago i got caught drinking and went through the diversion program which basically gives me community service and puts me on informal probation for a year and if i dont get caught doing anything in that year everything is erased from my record, unfortunately this past 4th of july my friend lit off a tiny little smokeball that spews smoke for 10 seconds then stops, and we were at a playground at a school. A cop showed up took our names and left. In 2 days i have to go to court because apparently lighting that smokeball was a third degree misdemeanor, and we were trespassing, and i am getting charged with drinking a year ago. Any idea what i could get for all of that?
