Stress is usually putting me in awful moods in the middle of the school day, depending on when they start they can last hours or for the rest of the day. I get more stressed by all those people around me, stuff coming up, i even get more stressed because im stressed. This makes me criticize myself and brings up thoughts i dont like. I need ways to be calmer, less edgy. people worry about me and i dont like being like this
