Communism? I don't understand what you are trying to say. Bureaucratic governments are liberal democracies with strong infrastructural states.

Laissez faire is capitalism with minimal-to-no regulations. The opposite would be socialism, but socialism is a very general term. You could say that a liberal socialism is the opposite of laissez faire liberalism, but if you're looking for an exact term, I can't tell you.

I would have to say communism. Socially conservative and fiscally progressive. the opposite of laissez-faire liberalism (objectivism)
