yeah, lift heavy things a lot. with your arms! or you could buy weights.... just the simple 15 dollar hand weights.

You take 2 cans of food lie down and stretch your arms to the ceiling. But don't lock your elbows, keep them loose. bring them back down and repeat.

pull ups, push ups, get two gallons of milk and hold them right out in front of you as long as possible, back arm bends on a table or chair
