But I'm not sure if it's breathe in from the nose, and out from the mouth or the other way around. When I did cross country a long time ago, there was this kid, Mark, and he used to breathe so loudly when he ran. And during the final sprint at the end of the mile, he would kinda, yell as he picked up speed. If I do it, breathe in through the nose, and out through the mouth, I cough. *shrugs*
