Try resetting your router by unplugging it from the ac wall power for 10 minutes then plug it back in. It should help. -- Posted by acausedelle at 12:09 am on Oct. 10, 2008 Has your internet been slow lately? It may be just a lag in your internet. Try disconnecting your modem for a few minutes and then connect it again. It doesn't sound like it is continual, so consider yourself lucky. You also should restart your computer after that just to speed the connection up. That should help the problem. -- Posted by sakurag at 3:10 pm on Oct. 15, 2008 I've noticed that if you're on a laptop and it's not connected to power, the computer can become a little 'laggy.'  However, it is most likely your internet connection.  (or the other person's). I occasionally use my webcam and with one person it's perfectly fine, with another it barely moves.
