ok so ive had this webcam for my pc for a while now its a microsoft lifecam and normally its fine
but sumtimes it getts super laggy but thts not wat the problem is right now.. recently when i talk its like i say sumthing u see my mouth move but u hear me like 2 seconds later its starting to get kinda annoyin i dnt knw why its happin its not even like my pc is lagging when this happens

I think it's your internet connection that makes it lag.

That is just your internet connection lagging. Try resetting your router by unplugging it from the ac wall power for 10 minutes then plug it back in. It should help.

Has your internet been slow lately? It may be just a lag in your internet. Try disconnecting your modem for a few minutes and then connect it again. It doesn't sound like it is continual, so consider yourself lucky. You also should restart your computer after that just to speed the connection up. That should help the problem.

I've noticed that if you're on a laptop and it's not connected to power, the computer can become a little 'laggy.'  However, it is most likely your internet connection.  (or the other person's).

I occasionally use my webcam and with one person it's perfectly fine, with another it barely moves.
