We do have alcohol but don't get really drunk, just loosened up a bit. I caution you, however, you have to agree on the rules ahead of time about what a loser has to do when he or she is already naked. Usually we add a bit of truth or dare and the winner of the hand chooses the dare the loose has to perform.
