hey. just wondering. how else thinks that writing is one of the best ways to deal with stress and emotions?

umm well actually if you have alot of stress exercise is the best it lets all the adrenaline in your body release. So if you are stressed try working it out like run walk ride a bike you know and with emoitions i find it best to talk to a friend you know just letting it out and telling someone else if you need someone to talk to you can always message me :P hope i helped :D

Medically taking a walk is the best way for me personally its writing and blaring my music

Writing makes me feel more depressed. Because then I have to relive my feelings and thoughts and that makes it two times worse.

i find writing out how i feel makes things clearer in my head, if get everything out then it isn't all in my head and i can see it all infront of me, making it easier to deal with
