I think my first bet is to wait until morning to see if it's still there. But if anyone knows, do tell. Like I was itchy just along my jawline, and I didn't have a noticeable rash but when I felt it, it had that rashy, bumpy feeling. It went away really fast though. It was like you could see the blood vessels more :S It went away overnight.
