It's not October 22. That's also not the only thing that needs to happen. Good conduct needs to happen as well. We don't feel that has been achieved.

That's so silly. I thought that it was four months since the member got banned, not four months on a new account. :/

It is from the ban date. Ban date is still June 22nd, therefore not four months util Oct 22nd.

I think the key here is that reoppening is an possibility, not a guarantee.

True. They're still using this reason for banning... "This member was denied service on Oct. 12, 2008. Reasons: Previously banned members are not permitted to return to LiveWire." After just one day on a new account.
