This may or may not get rid of the virus, and the way you have described it sounds more like they might have a trojan. I know this will be a bitch, but back up all of you important files, docs ect. Then try stystem restoring to a date you know the computer was working properly. Spyware doctor get rid of mine. Also dont accept the file, when you open it gets sent to the people on you contacts list without you knowing. The worm does nothing its just to anoy people.
