I hate it when its school nights just because of my sleep. I cant get to bed early because I cant fall asleep and I have to wake up early which is really hard for me to do And it seems that I need like HEAPS of sleep for some reason Anyone know of any food that I can find around the house to help me get to sleep SUPER fast, or any meditation metheds or vids? I needz help cause I've got exams and such on soon. Also whats a good thing to re-energize me in the morning? thanxx

Gatorade will help you in the morning =D Or caffeine Lucozade if you have it over there

Chamomile tea helps you sleep Bananas also do
