eeh.. i'll go once every few weeks to the gym for 2 hours. but my campus is made big and I'm walking back and fourth every day, so my legs are pretty toned now.

i work out 60-100 minutes a day, 6 days a week

30 mins three times a week. Walk to and from train station (about a mile - mile 1/2) every day.

I try to work out a couple of days a week. It gets tough though. I usually walk for about half an hour or more. Do sits up and push ups. I used to go to a keep fit class, but I stopped. I also used to play squash every Monday and powerwalked for about four miles every day. I really should get back into all that though.

Very!! I do at least forty press ups a day. And weights every second day!

Im a grade one on the army fitness scale. I run 3 km everyday if I can. I go to the gym everyday and I do 85 press ups religiously.

I do pushups and crunches daily. I speed walk 4-6 miles in an hour 5 days a week. I try to run up and down the stairs for 10 minutes daily, but sometimes, I don't even get to that more than 3 times a week. I imagine my routine will decrease when it gets cold out.

I am dedicated I train/ do intense training out every other day but I do physical activity everyday so you can say I am very dedicated. The most important thing is that you are in good shape and that you are healthy :)
