So, we were talking in the SL group about Turducken and it made me interested.

Has anyone actually had it?

For those who dont know..it is a chicken, cooked inside a duck, cooked inside a turkey. it is supposed to be a delicacy.

Thoughts? would you try it?

edit: better?

My job wanted to cook it once, but all the meats were 2 expensive for one meal, so they just made all that meat work over about 3 lunches.

I saw an episode of Next food network star where they made turducken really quickly..like a new version of it. and they layered turkey, duck, chicken breast with stuffing in between, in like towers. it actually looked really good that way.
