Hi.

Many people are having the same troubles as you are when it comes to talking to a crush.  In regards to when you should talk to her, it really depends.  Do you have any classes with her?  Do you have any lunches with her?  Do you guys walk home the same way?  Do you guys ride the same bus?  Do you guys live close to each other?  Honestly, there are so many different times that you can talk to her.

In regards to how to talk to her, you have to just try and be as confident as you can.  Confidence is very attractive in a person.  I know you may be a little nervous talking to her because you really like her, but try to be as confident as you can.  Be yourself and I'm sure she will like you for who you are.

You can start a conversation like:

"Hey, how are you?"
"How was class?"
"Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out this weekend."
"Hey, I really like your ______!"
"Hey, my name is ________." (if she doesn't know who you are)

If you know about any hobbies or interests of hers, you can use that to strike up a conversation with her.  For example, if she really likes soccer, you can talk about a soccer game that was on television the night before.  There are many different ways to start up a conversation with someone.  Remember to try and be as confident as you can.

I hope I've helped.  If you ever need anything at all or feel the need to discuss this further, feel free to message me any time as my inbox is always open.  I'm always happy to help.  I hope everything works out for you.  Good luck.

Take care and just keep smiling.
