If one deletes the first, the second wont make sense. If one deletes the second, the first will be incomplete. I just leave them alone, tbh. There were a few yesterday and I just ran over them quickly.  It was in a mod topic too.  So i guess they dont just get deleted.  I would imagine if a user keeps doing it on purpose, then its good to just contact a moderator about it. I wouldn't delete them, though. If they need to be deleted, a moderator can have them.
