Hay there pplz. Im trying to work on my abs and biceps. Have a look at my photos yea yea, comments plz. Umm anyways, im looking for the best techs to do at home, Any ideas? BTW, this is not a rate me topic, its more an opinion on the best sort of fitness for my needs.

work your entire body, not just abs and biceps. and biceps ARE NOT the muscle that makes your arms look big, its the tricep muscle. Do the following weight routines throughout the week Squats Deadlifts Lunges Bench press barbell curls Tricep extension/pulldowns add some sit ups and you should see progress. and eat like your a starving african kid, you need all the food you can get

Sit ups, purchase a bow-flex? Get one of those exercising balls. The huge inflatable ones? Damn, work out on that for awhile and you'll feel the burn O_O Why do you say 'yuck' about yourself in all your pics! You're not ugly.

Crunches or sit-ups. There's different ways to do them too. Flying monkeys and bicycles do well too.

do everything. you really need to go join a gym and start lifting weights, too.
