I don't know if I'll ever be going again, if they'll only want me if they're in trouble when an employee can't show up or I haven't been called because of nothing special happening (wedding, parties, etc.) Should I put it on my CV anyway even though it was only once? If the company you're applying for calls this company and asks when you worked there, what do you think they'll say? If you think they'll say that you were only employed for a one-time job in September, then I'd leave it out.
