They are doing it so they can get into heaven. They believe that only 144,000 are saved, and so they must get into that top 144 000 by being very religious and doing lots of door knocking. However according to them most of the people they "convert" will not make it, so they will receive judgement. Its the ultimate fake pyramid scheme. However the only way to Heaven is through Jesus.
