Atleast according to the laws over here... but yes parents premission needed if you're not legal and the minors are also requiered to travell with adults.. or have an adult meeting up with them in the airport or something -- Posted by RIMHfire at 10:09 am on Oct. 20, 2008 If you're in the US, then all you really need is a passport. They don't care about minors that much.
