To get inside my dorm building you need to swipe a card through two doors. I swiped on the first door but not the second because someone held the door for me. Then the man inside the booth starts yelling in a harsh manner. I sigh and begin to swipe my card and he proceeds to taunt me saying what'd you say, you better not have said anything etc.. I walk out and still hear him yelling and reply with a shut the f up. Could I be charged in this case? How serious of a matter would it be and would it be on my record outside of the school?

You could be charged with verbal abuse, but you'd probably get improper profanity in a public situation.

No, you can't be charged, or if he does he's an idiot because you just counter-sue for harassment.

No, because he was verbally harrassing you so if anyone would get charged it would be him.

no the worst is just disciplinary action, theyd probably just blow him off though technically anything could be a lawsuit, but hed have to be really fucking rich and have a ton of time on his hands
