School counsellor
I agree. You need another adult who has some authority and experience to try to influence her. You may or may not also have an aunt or uncle on her side of the family who might "advocate" for you.

I recommend talking to a school counselor. He or she can help you convince your parents of your need to see a mental health professional.

I'd tlk to a councillor at skl, or a student services helpy type people. I'm a trained peer mentor at my skl (a student tht tlks to other students about their problems) so you can tlk to me about it if you like, nd im not gunna judge u. xxx

Talk to a counceller or depending how old you are go and see a psychiatrist or psychologist by yourself. Your family should wise up, and care enough to let you at least meet with someone. Truthfully parents have their own ideas and it may be out of ignorance or such not hate or meaning to neglect your mental health that they base their decision but it still hurts you.
