I'm always so cold, my hands and feet are always feel like ice cubes. I layer all my clothes and blankets and dont know whats wrong with me. Some say its because i dont eat enough or too skinny, and i have people saying i should get my blood check out. If i get my blood check, what can the doctors find out with that???

They can find out a lot of things that could be wrong with you. I'd say go to the doctor right away, it could be that you have VERY low blood pressure.

Okay, if it's hands and feet, it's just poor circulation. I have that too, your blood doesn't flow quickly enough or very much to your hands and feet because they're the ends of your limbs. (Sometimes, when it gets bad, your nose gets super cold, right?) What you do is clench your fists then spread out your fingers. Do this quickly and repeat for a minute or so. With your feet, move your toes around a bunch and move your ankles in circles.

That same thing happens to my friend, I'd suggest you go to a doctor.
