I did cut down. But now im back on like 10 a day... I used to be on like 20.... :S

10 is better than 20. Have you considered trying to us a patch, or something else to help you quit smoking? Keep working hard. Try cutting your cigs in half...so you are smoking less every time.

Try keeping yourself busy so you don't think about it. I used to smoke but I got over it, (partly because I thought it was stupid to be 14 and smoke ). I was so busy with after school activities and school that I didn't think about cigarettes. After about 1 month, you won't even want to be near a cigarette, believe me. 54

Well done on cutting back. It's not easy, and you do miss having them, but after a while, you do get used to it, like JohnCena54 says. After a while, you won't even like being around smoke. Put the £2-£3 a day into a pot, and at the end of the week, go spend the £21 on something special

Cutting down is definitely the key. It's so hard, I know. Maybe you should consider trying to use the chewing gum or going on the pack? Keep a bag of cherrios with you, or carrot sticks so that you can keep putting something to your mouth. It'll help.
