So, I might've posted a topic about this a few months ago, maybe even last winter when I had last experienced the worst of it, but they are back again. I have really really bad, like, fall into fires, or into table corners, or just completely freak out because of the pain I am in. The foot ones can happen any time of the year, although I find that it's winter when the worst ones come out. My left leg right now is still is so much pain, from last night and today. Last night, I was laying just as I am pretty much right now, in bed, looking around the forums, and out of nowhere, I get one of the worst ones yet, in my left calf. All day it's been hurting, I'm partially-limping because of it, and yeah, it still hurts. And then today, I was in the caf during a law spare, and I'm playing footsies with this girl who's on the other side, and I stretch my leg out, so hers can rest on mine, like a foot rest kinda, and I get this quite painful one. Of course, i tried not to show it, but it lasted 2 painful minutes, and this time, was on my left calf. Ugh, muscle spasms are really lame. Any remedies for them?

Eat bananas! I have horrible ones when I sleep that cause my entire calf to be sore the next few days. It's a lack of potassium that causes mine, so I eat a banana a day and I haven't had one since.

Will try that, who knows, might do it :) I'm sure it does have something to do with the weather too. Because now, my body is shivering more to keep itself warmer, and might overexert itself in doing so.
